Issue

When selecting any screen in the Open With option in context menu a user is getting the error message “Menu ID XXXX is not valid for the current user”

Error

Menu ID XXXXX is not valid for the current user.   [Ok] button 

Resolution

For the menu you are trying to access go to System Setup > Security Maintenance > Menu Maintenance. 
In the tree panel, find the menu that you are trying to access to and click on it. 
Take note of the Menu ID number displayed at the top of the detail tab.

Go to System Setup > System Maintenance >Context Menu Maintenance, under the Context Menu tab do a search for the Context menu ID and look for the context menu ID related to the issue (example would be if you are trying to access Quote Tracker) you could bring up QuoteHed.QuoteNum. 

Select the specific item from the tree on the left, this puts you under the Menu Item tab. 
In the Base Form tab below, replace the process ID with the ID that you saw in the Menu Maintenance or the Menu ID referenced in the error message.
